Artistic description:

With a dark presence, almost monochromatic, Setsuna articulates around the contrast between matter and the ephemeral gesture of light. The painting seems to be suspended in time, as if the world had been frozen at a liminal point. The worked surface, with a subtle and almost mineral texture, evokes an interior landscape —perhaps frozen, perhaps forgotten— where the most important thing is that which is barely visible. A small light (a crack, a fissure, or a memory) unleashes the tension and gives meaning to the darkness. Setsuna does not represent anything: it is an instant.
